The air conditioner does not work properly. The dual climate doesn't work and the passenger side is stuck on the hottest level no matter what temperature I put it on.

If this is happening so often then Ford needs to issue a recall. Luckily I live in WV and our summers aren't extremely hot. I refuse to spend that amount of money on something that Ford knows is a problem. I was driving at night in an area where it was very dark.

It was chilly and a bit foggy outside. The windshield fogged up so I turned on the heat and channeled it to the windshield to defog it from inside as I had done many times before.
